  • Monitoring product penetrating and customer reactions through focus groups and market research.
  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the products and maximizing all opportunities for growth
  • Meet sales targets and generate profitable revenue by working with the existing customer base and establishing a new customer base.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers
  • Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Experienced in seeking for potential customers

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated (TU or BCSC graduated more prefer)
  • Must have 2 to 5 yrs DIA Sales Experiences
  • Preferable familiar & well-experience in Tele & data communication environment especially ISP sector.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team player with High level of personal moral and integrity
  • Process oriented approach towards problem solving
  • Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility
  • Exceptional business judgement using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
