Are you an experienced Project Sales professional with a strong track record in tender management and technical sales? Join Fortune Elevator and be part of a team delivering innovative vertical transportation solutions across Myanmar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage the full project sales cycle, from lead generation, tender participation, quotation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners.
- Prepare and submit tender documents while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Sales.
- Hands-on experience in tender preparation, bidding, and tender management is mandatory.
- Prior sales experience in Elevator, Escalator, Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, HVAC, M&E, or other engineering-related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in handling large-value projects and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
