About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Industrial Products) to lead and grow the sales of our industrial product lines at Good Brothers’ Hardware Mart Co., Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to manage dealer networks, build strong customer relationships, and lead a motivated sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets nationwide.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to achieve product-wise and region-wise targets.

  • Expand and manage the dealer network across Myanmar for generators, compressors, welding machines, and tools.

  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of sales executives/representatives under the industrial products division.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, factories, farms, and workshops.

  • Support commercial negotiations, product presentations, quotations, and solution-based selling activities.

  • Coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement to ensure product availability, promotions, and timely delivery.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses to guide decision-making.

  • Drive sales team development through training, KPIs, and performance coaching.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in industrial products, B2B sales, or dealer network management.

  • Proven background in agriculture equipment spare parts or machinery including generators, compressors, welding machines, or related tools strongly preferred.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

  • Good communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
