  • Identifying sale goals
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report with updated sales, return, overdue and receivable
  • Review call plan, sales analysis and customer detail for sales team
  • Management of customers relationships and meet with potential customers
  • Track and solve customer complaint and issues
  • Prepare and report monthly sale plan and sales contribution for all sales zones
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Hiring, training, and providing professional development for respective sale team
