Strategic sales planning to achieve sales target
Daily meeting with team members to oversee sales, way plan, customers' feedback and market situation
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
Track and analyse market trend
Training and development of team members for better team performance
Monitor and evaluate the standard operating procedures of sales operation
Monthly sales report to management

Job Requirements

Any degree holder, preferable medical related degree & master degree
Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or medical device field
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or supervising role
Highly motivated for new challenges
