  • Maintain and increase sales of company products and reach the targets and goals set by company
  • Set sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing sales figures and summarize information
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees: following up on work results.
  • Analyze market requirement and prepare business plan

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor Degree ( Diploma in sales/marketing or equivalent is preferable)
  • Minimum 4 Years experiences in related area/IT industry
  • Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills
  • Good communication skills and willing to travel
  • Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (preferable)
