Overview
Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s construction materials to Engineers, contractors, Architecture, Dealers and project customers in the Mandalay region. Build strong customer relationships, achieve monthly sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate sales reports and market information.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Visit customers sites regularly and provide product information.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow up on quotations and sales orders.
3. Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing and market activities.
• Collect market feedback and report to management.
4. Project & Dealer support
• Coordinate with dealers, contractors and project owners.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
5. Sales administration
• Prepare quotations, sales reports and customer visit reports.
• Update customer information and sales records accurately.
6. Collection & Payment follow-up
• Coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections.
7. Coordination
• Work closely with other department to ensure on time delivery.
8. Team Support
• Perform other duties assigned by the Assistant Outdoor Sales Manager.

• Any Graduate
• 3 years experience in sales
• Construction Materials
• Driving License B
• Good Communication skill, willing to learn, Adaptable, Honest , Responsible ,Team works
