Key Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for the following regions: Mandalay (Mdy), Naypyidaw (Npt), and Taunggyi.
1. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
2. Visit assigned outlets according to the approved route plan.
3. Take customer orders and maximize sales opportunities.
4. Follow up on pending orders and ensure successful delivery.
5. Identify and acquire new potential outlets and increase product distribution within the assigned territory.
6. Ensure listed outlets maintain regular purchases.
7. Check stock availability at each outlet and ensure priority SKUs are available.
8. Monitor out-of-stock situations and recommend appropriate replenishment quantities.
9. Ensure company products are displayed prominently at outlets and maintain agreed product display standards.
10. Communicate current promotions to outlet owners and ensure promotional mechanics are followed.
11. Support outlet activations and sampling activities where required.
12. Collect customer feedback on promotions and products.
13. Follow up overdue customer balances and collect outstanding payments according to agreed payment terms.
