  •  Lead and supervise the Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
  •  Monitor and analyze sales targets, KPIs, and sales performance.
  •  Oversee daily store operations, stock management, and store displays.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate effectively with Management and relevant departments.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
