  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of rice varieties, market dynamics, and trading practices to support the sales team.
  • Plan and assign sales routes, customer visits, and market coverage schedules.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key rice traders, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Support price negotiations and tender participation based on market knowledge.
  • Report competitor movements, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and QA/QC teams to align sales with inventory and quality control.

Job Requirements

  • Male or Female
  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Proven experience in the rice industry (sales, trading, or distribution).
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Strong understanding of rice varieties, seasonal pricing, and local market behavior.
  • Good communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
