About Logiscool

Logiscool teaches children coding and digital literacy in fun-based after-school centres. Founded in Budapest, Hungary, in 2014, Logiscool has taught over 185,000 students across ca. 170 locations in 35 countries. Logiscool’s unique educational platform is developed for an easy transition from visual coding to text-based programming languages: • Blox coding: children start coding education with “building blocks”. This unique visual coding method is always best adjusted to all ages and knowledge levels. • Mix coding: as a second step, students start writing codes in MIX mode, where they can see both the building block and the text-based languages in parallel. • Text coding: once students feel confident to leave the visual blocks behind, they move to text-based programming languages, like Python, Unity, Godot or C#. With a presence across 35 countries and an award-winning proprietary methodology, Logiscool has emerged as a clear leader with an excellent offline and online product. • Sales Performance Management
• Set monthly sales targets and individual goals for the sales team
• Prepare sales plans and action plans for the Head of Operations
• Monitor pipelines, collections, and conversion performance
• Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates
• Actively participate in sales presentations and consultation 
• Review team performance and identify improvement areas
• Conduct coaching, training, and regular feedback sessions
• Support continuous professional development of the sales team
• Activity Planning & Participation
• Plan and support center activities and events
• Ensure strong student and prospect engagement
• Collaborate with the academic team during events and classes
• Customer Experience Management
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Ensure satisfaction with learning progress and environment
• Conduct regular follow-ups and manage customer feedback
• Cross-Functional & Center Operations
• Coordinate closely with Academic, Marketing, Telemarketing, and Activation teams
• Share market insights and customer feedback
• Support recruitment, scheduling, and team morale
• Ensure the center is welcoming, organized, and professional

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Technical / Education background is a plus)
• Fluent in Burmese and English
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the education industry (Coding school experience is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management
• Strong understanding of sales principles (pipeline, forecasting, planning, and closing)
• Familiar with CRM tools, LMS, and educational software
• Knowledge of coding platforms such as Python, Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft modding is an advantage
• Ability to clearly explain curriculum and programs to parents, students, and instructors
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
