Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Managing overall security operations of the Vesta Property Management.
  • Supervising Security Control Officers (SCOs) and ensure they are performing day-to-day duty effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly duty roster for SCOs.
  • Implementing require forms, work flow and procedure according to the security operations.
  • Maintaining relationships with the Security Service providers and ensuring that the security arrangements are of the highest standards.
  • Liaising with the security service providers for all security arrangements.
  • Ensuring that the security equipment installed at the work sites are in proper working condition and any glitches are rectified immediately.
  • Resolving problems related to security and finding security solutions without delay.
  • Conducting security training and briefing to the staff from time to time.
  • Carrying out investigations of security incidents and submitting confidential reports to the Property Manager and Senior Management if required.
  • Taking all adequate measures to prevent any fraud or breach of Physical and Information security.
  • Ensuring that the guards deployed at the work site attend to the Applicants' property and do proper crowd management.
  • Ensuring that the CCTV footage is recorded continuously and that there is no failure of the recordings.
  • Ad-hoc duties that assigned by the property manager and senior management team.

Job Requirements

  • Must have bachelor degree .
  • Excellence communication in English & Burmese.
  • 5-10 years experience in Security service and property management sector.
  • Track record working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, working proactively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving skills & able to work under pressure.
  • IT Knowledge – CCTV/ Access Control System
