Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

   

  • Ensuring day-to-day transactions such as accounts payable, cash receipts and accounts receivable, credit card transactions.
  • Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations (e.g., net assets, investments, revenue, expenses, payroll allocations, etc.), ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate.
  • Arranging the monthly yearly financial report to M.D.
  • Handling Head office and all branches of the organizations and supervise the accountants and junior accountants.
  • Ensuring proper revenue and expense recognition.
  • Monitoring cash and investment balances and performing cash flow forecasting.
  • Performing fiscal year-end close activities and assisting with activities and requirements of external auditors.
  • Continually seeking and implementing opportunities to streamline and improve finance and accounting operations through technology including training staff to better utilize financial and accounting software.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet organizational requirement

Job Requirements

B.com (or) ACCA part 3 (or) CPA.

Able to use Advanced  Excel.

Must have (5) years experiences in Senior Accountant.

Able to use sodtware.

Supervising  the Accountant and Junior Accountants.

Good Communications and interspersonal skill
