  • Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Generate and analyze reports from Peachtree Accounting Software for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Peachtree Accounting Software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
