Job Description

  1. Provide daily administrative support to the department.
  2. Prepare letters, reports, and administrative documents.
  3. Maintain office files and document records.
  4. Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment.
  5. Coordinate vehicle, meeting, and travel arrangements.
  6. Assist in managing office facilities and maintenance.
  7. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  8. Support communication with government offices and vendors.
  9. Update administrative records and prepare routine reports.
  10. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
