1. Project Master Planning & Implementation

•Lead the initial implementation of Project Master Plans, ensuring alignment with vision and technical feasibility.

•Develop Master Plan strategies for new projects in collaboration with the Board of Directors (BOD).

•Perform detailed Area Calculations (GFA/NSA) and prepare feasibility presentations for BOD approval.

2. Marketing & Commercial Support

•Provide necessary technical data, drawings, and architectural visualizations to support Marketing Materials.

•Act as a technical liaison for the Marketing Department to ensure architectural accuracy in promotional content.

3. Design Coordination & Leadership

•Manage and harmonize design workflows between Architectural (Vietnam), Structural, and MEP consultants.

•Lead multi-disciplinary design teams to ensure all project phases are integrated and cohesive.

•Supervise the design timeline to ensure all submissions and deliverables are met on schedule.

4. Design Review & Quality Control

•Conduct rigorous Design Reviews to identify errors, omissions, or discrepancies in tender and construction sets.

•Collaborate directly with Principal Designers to resolve architectural inconsistencies immediately.

5. Document Control & Information Management

•Systematically manage all Revised Drawings and ensure the latest versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.

•Maintain a strict Drawing Register (Version Control) to prevent the use of obsolete information.

6. Meeting Leadership & Representation

•Organize and chair Internal Design Review Meetings to align project goals.

•Actively participate in Consultant Coordination Meetings, presenting technical papers and progress reports.

•Partner with the QS, Construction, and Procurement teams to ensure design alignment with budgets and site reality.

7. Drafting & Technical Design

•Develop Additional Designs and modifications based on specific Customer Requests.

•Produce high-quality Shop Drawings and detailed sections as required by the site construction team for immediate execution.

8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with international building codes, safety standards, and sustainability goals.

9. Site Supervision: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical site queries and ensure construction aligns with the approved design intent.

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, BE Civil or ME (Civil)
2. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience, specifically in design coordination and large-scale project management.
3. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Sketch up,Lumion or V-ray ,Microsoft Office.
4. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a high level of problem-solving initiative.
