Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsible for the accounting of fixed assets and depreciation in accordance with international accounting standard for all branches and the efficient running of the fixed assets accounting operations
Managing for the timely reporting of fixed assets and capital expenditure actual and forecast statement
Responsible for maintain General Ledger (Fixed Assets) and necessary journal entries and preparing Consolidated Fixed Assets reconciliation.
Responsible for updating the Fixed Assets Policy and Procedures if it is required
Maintaining and keeping filing of accurate and timely financial report to Head of Department
Responsible for reviewing and interpreting new CBM regulations which impact regulatory reporting.
Manage, and control a considerate amount of asset of the company including Computers, Office equipment, Machinery, Land and Building, Investment Property and all other items belonging to the company’s properties to avoid any loss. Locations of the asset vary a lot, such as canteen, training center, main office, and other branches all over the country
Wok with the supplier on the purchase of the new assets, and the contractor on the disposal of the old asset.
Manage the asset management system, and create the asset transference to the relevant employee
Work with all branches, and other related departments on the asset management regulations, procedure, and receive training.
Deal with enquiries, complaints from all employees on asset related issues.
Analyse and report about the asset situation, and come up with the plan.
Plan and take action for the Fixed Assets tagging.
Work with the team members to manage and control all the physical assets, in the company to avoid any loss and damage.

Job Requirements

CPA qualified or its equivalent.
Excellent customer service and ability to work independently & good sense of teamwork, paying attention to details, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate.
Excellent computer skills to operate spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills, and high flexibility.
High adaptability and influencing skills to manage change.
Fluent in Burmese and English preferred.
Ability to develop and improve report formats in line with business.
Ability to work under pressure, and tight deadline, and problem solving.
Five to seven years of proven experience in asset management.
