  • Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, layouts, and construction documents
  • Interpret design concepts, specifications, and calculations from engineers/architects
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and intermediate drafters
  • Manage drawing schedules and support project deadlines
  • Maintain organized drawing files and documentation control
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues

Job Requirements

  • BE(Civil) or B-Arch
  • 5+ years of professional drafting experience
  • Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up)
  • Strong knowledge of drafting standards, symbols, and construction methods
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering calculations
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
