Job Description

Support the business system users to use the systems effectively.
Listen to user feedback and bug report daily.
Prioritize the tasks wisely based on the importance and urgency of each task.
Understand the core business and plan the roadmap to support the business.
Have a broad understanding of the business and give advice and recommendation from system and process point of view to make sure the solution is scalable, accurate and user friendly.
Work closely with infrastructure and data team to make sure there is required resources are installed and standby according to the roadmap implementation.
Work as the IT business partner, with finance team and help them implement the next phases of SAP Business One system.
Plan the budget (Capex, Opex) by aligning with all departments to make sure their system requirements are covered.
Give regular training to the users for them to use systems effectively.
Help the team grow by coaching and providing required training with the proper individual development plan.
Lead and form web, mobile and backend development team to maintain and develop existing and next in-house systems and features.
Lead the technology department and make sure the data center operates in the most cost effective and efficient way and execute disaster recovery, data backup and restoration and business continuity plans.
Lead the technology department to make sure IT network, applications and systems are running smoothly.
Set the department and individual KPIs and deliver the satisfactory results.
Work closely with data analysis team and provide required data to present and visualize.
Make sure the IT infrastructure is up and running smoothly and efficiently 24/7.
Work closely with supply chain, procurement and budget teams to make sure the required systems and items are purchased according to the roadmap, timeline and plan.

Job Requirements

Deep understanding and experience in data communication, computer science, programming, database, system architecture, database design, system integration,cyber and system security
Understanding and knowledge in accounting and finance.
Solid programming experience especially in PHP 7.4/8.1 – Laravel and Python.
Solid experience in HTML/5, CSS/3, JavaScript, jQuery
Solid understanding and experience in Linux (RedHat and Ubuntu).
Solid understanding and experience in MySQL
Experience in MSSQL, Oracle, CI/CD, SAP B1 is a plus.
