Reporting to the respective line manager, this role involves overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources to provide actionable insights that drive business growth, improve user experience, and enhance overall performance. The role holder is responsible to take ownership on leading of end-to-end database, data model, BI tools with solid programming skill, market research, provide periodic reports, advise strategy, and special projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and align BI strategies with organizational objectives.
• Provide data insights to support strategic planning, product development, and marketing initiatives.
• Understanding of Metadata governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
• Manage a team of BI analysts and data professionals and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work with partners to acquire and analyze useful data for business units
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of business strategies, identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Database Management: SQL / Python Expertise for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Database Administration: Understanding of database design principles, optimization, and management.
• Data Warehousing Concepts: Knowledge of data warehousing principles and experience with data warehousing solutions like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud experience with cloud platforms for scalable data storage and processing.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, staying current with emerging technologies.

• Bachelor degree or higher
• 3+ years related experience required (E-commerce and banking industry background is a plus)
• Data Management: SQL, Python, PowerBi
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Machine learning Understanding is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
• High working flexibility to drive the team goals
• Proven ability to negotiate and apply skills on driving business growth proactively
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination
• Deep understanding of ecommerce customer needs, Seller success activities
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly
