Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and take full accountability for overall sales performance across Yangon, Mandalay, and dealer channels nationwide, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, guide, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and design development plans to enhance individual and team capabilities.
- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with dealer partners to maximize sales opportunities and market coverage.
- Establish effective dealer policies, set performance expectations, and monitor compliance with company standards.
- Support dealers with marketing activities, product knowledge, and training to drive sales growth and brand consistency.
- Monitor showroom traffic in both Yangon and Mandalay, initiating activities to increase visitors, enquiries, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand dealer networks, and develop market penetration strategies.
- Review and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to support decision-making and refine strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales plans in line with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Initiate sales promotions, operational improvements, and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence.
- Provide practical solutions and recommendations to resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure effective execution of plans at all sales outlets and dealer locations, including a monthly on-site review of Mandalay showroom operations.
- Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and dealer satisfaction.
- Actively pursue opportunities to expand the company’s brand presence in existing and new markets.
- Take ownership of personal growth and leadership development, consistently aligning performance with business growth objectives.
- Undertake additional business-related assignments as delegated by management.
