About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic National Sales Head (Agri Machinery) to lead our nationwide B2B sales operations. This role will drive dealer network growth, manage multi-regional sales teams, and strengthen our footprint in the agricultural machinery market. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in dealer-led B2B sales, market expansion, and people leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead nationwide sales operations for agricultural and agri-industrial products (tractors, harvesters, tillers, farm trucks, pumps, and related equipment).

  • Develop and execute annual and monthly sales plans, ensuring achievement of revenue and market share targets.

  • Manage and mentor five regional sales teams (up to 30 staff) to ensure consistent performance, accountability, and motivation.

  • Build and expand the dealer and distributor network across Myanmar, ensuring long-term partnerships and profitability.

  • Oversee B2G tender submissions and institutional sales for corporate farms, NGOs, and government entities.

  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and product teams to ensure effective supply chain, product readiness, and delivery timelines.

  • Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance reports, and drive data-backed improvements in sales execution.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine strategies based on market intelligence.

  • Promote brand visibility and ensure consistent product representation across dealer outlets nationwide.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agricultural Science, or Business Management (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or dealer management, preferably within agricultural machinery or industrial equipment sectors.

  • Proven experience leading regional or national sales teams.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in Myanmar and working knowledge of English.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide.
