The role holder is responsible to effectively support in the origination of strategy for the business development and sale operations by implementing the sale activities and customer acquisition, market shares, to increase revenue and profit targets, collection & consumer lending. The role holder is also responsible for providing an effective product cross-selling strategies to the customers. The role holder is to ensure delivery of sales and sales support including documentation.

• Achieve the desired target in Mortgages
• Manage builders, Agents, Branches in his geographical area and constantly monitor their performance in terms of mortgages
• Mobilize Business from the assigned geography and agents and ensure that all the initial documents needed are collected within agreed turn around time and submitted to the processing team.
• Continuously improve on his performance and on completion of six months able to train the new members on mortgage sales.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan
• Interview clients 
• Guide clients through mortgage loan options
• Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications
• Ensure data are in line with national and local financial rules
• Monitor and report on application processes
• Inform clients about loan approval or rejection
• Help resolve problems with applications
• Research new mortgage loan policies 
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process
• Build a supportive referral network (e.g. with clients, lenders, real estate agents)

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of media/marketing/advertising agency experience
• Experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a similar role
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is an asset
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan computer software (as a plus)
• Ability to handle confidential information
