Ensures LTP Field Sales Team sells according to Nestlé Must-Have List to General Trade customers to meet sales target and market share objectives.- Breakdown of sales target by channel with alignment with Operation Manager.- Trade management - ensure execution by Distributor General Trade sales reps.- Promotion evaluation- Ensuring territory coverage by LTP teamEnsuring Operation Best Practices- On the job coaching / FMBP training of Distributor sales reps (ICE )- Leading and cascades KMA activities, promotional campaign, new product launch, merchandising standards to Distributor Field Sales via weekly review with Distributor Branch Manager / Supervisor

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related discipline- 2-3 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.- Demonstrated ability to lead people- Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. Category & Channel Development, Customer, Field- able to speak English
