Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administer performance management processes, including performance appraisals and coaching sessions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects to improve employee engagement and retention.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • PHR, or other HR certification is a plus.
