  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare and present interview feedback to hiring managers
  • Negotiate job offers and finalize employment agreements
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Track key recruitment metrics and report on progress
  • Stay up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals and departments to ensure a seamless hiring process

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the current recruitment landscape
