We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair on 16th September 2023 at Novotel Yangon.

A Senior HR Executive JD are shown as below

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and the recruitment process.
  • Maintain HR operational documents e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Employment Agreements & Contracts, etc.
  • Preparation letter of appointment, confirmation, adjustment, warning, termination, promotion and other HR related letter.
  • Responsibility the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a related Bachelor's degree/ HR diploma.
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must have a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced industry. 
  • Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws
