Job Description

  • Collaborate with Business heads to understand specific hiring requirements and team dynamics.
  • Draft, polish, and post engaging job advertisements on professional networks, local job portals, and social media platforms.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent databases, and industry networking.
  • Review incoming resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess applicant qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal tracking spreadsheets to ensure an accurate hiring status summary.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, providing clear timelines and expectations to both parties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely updates and a professional, positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Issue professional follow-ups, interview invitations, and polite, constructive conditional offers or rejection notifications.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly recruitment reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline bottlenecks.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
  • Industry knowledge (e.g., F&B, retail, hospitality dynamics such as high turnover and seasonal hiring).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  • Experienced in well performing actively participate in recruitment process as ownership mindset.
  • Good Communication Skills & English Skills.
