Job Description

HR Supervisor/Executive - 1 post (Functions in TA & Operations)

  1. Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure timely communication with applicants.
  3. Support mass hiring and urgent recruitment needs in coordination with Manager.
  4. Coordinate and execute onboarding programs, ensuring smooth new hire integration and documentation completion.
  5. Maintain and update employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. Prepare and manage employee documentation including contracts, renewals, certificates, and recommendation letters.
  7. Handle employee queries, requests, and basic grievance support in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Organize and support employee engagement activities such as events, CSR programs, and internal initiatives.
  9. Prepare regular HR reports (recruitment, onboarding, employee data) and ensure audit readiness of all HR records.

HR Supervisor/Executive - 1 post (Functions in L&D & PMS)

  1. Collect, maintain, and update accurate data for Performance Management System (PMS) and training records.
  2. Support KPI tracking by compiling performance data, reports, and analysis for management review.
  3. Coordinate performance review cycles, ensuring timely data submission from all departments.
  4. Identify training needs based on PMS data, feedback, and organizational priorities.
  5. Arrange external training programs, including vendor sourcing, coordination, and logistics.
  6. Liaise with external training providers to ensure quality and relevance of programs.
  7. Maintain training database, attendance records, and post-training evaluation reports.
  8. Support the development and execution of in-house training programs aligned with business needs.
  9. Monitor training effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  10. Assist in building structured learning plans and performance improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement

  • Any bachelor’s degree and must have Certificate or Diploma in HR.
  • 3-4 years of experience in related field.
  • Strong knowledge in HR functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong coordination and communication skill.
  • Team- oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Can communicate in English (prefer).
  • Able to work under pressure.
