Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  •  Responsible for recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
  • Conducting orientation programs for new employees.
  • Calculate and manage employee attendance, overtime, leave and other entitlements.
  •  Implementation of Staff Welfare Programs.
  • Evaluate employee behavior, discipline, and overall job performance.
  • Handling employee relations and resolving HR-related issues such as conflicts and grievances.
  •  Develop and implement employment agreements, policies, and internal rules & regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant government offices (e.g., SSB, Tax Office, Labor Department) for required reporting and related administrative matters.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports to higher management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment,employee relations, compliance).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
