An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Handles the daily administrative and HR duties
  • Organizing and managing new employee on-boarding, and training programs
  • Scheduling Interviews and ensuring that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted on the final candidate
  • Reviewing the background check report and advising the result to the relevant manager
  • Monitoring the applications mailbox and forwarding screened applications to recruiting managers
  • Assist HR Manager in organizing job fairs
  • Assist in Training & internship matters

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or Administrative role
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Must have self-confidence
  • Must be result-oriented
