Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Identifying opportunities to improve the corporate policies and objectives
• Ensuring all Business Units are following the corporate policies
• Preparing and reviewing Asset reports from Business Units
• Leading and participating in all Asset managing from Business Units
• Assisting other managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
• Overseeing department budget planning and development
• Managing and maintain all policies and procedures in both computerize and manual.
• Ensuring all Asset services are utilizing securely and effectively
• Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards corporate goals
• Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
• Ensuring the office and Business Units are stocked with necessary supplies
• Supervising the day-to-day Asset operations of corporate and Business Units
• Stay informed about all Asset allocations, health of Asset and all Business Units

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• 5 years of experience working in an office setting and performing clerical work

• Advanced knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic math and data analysis skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
