Lead M&E operations across Mandalay and national sites, ensuring reliable implementation of electrical systems and ongoing maintenance
 

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues related to rectifiers, inverters, UPS, air-conditioning units, and generator systems
 

Schedule and execute preventive maintenance routines with minimal downtime
 

Supervise and train field teams on SOPs, safety protocols, and efficient on-site operations
 

Plan and implement ad-hoc and long-term projects, including design and material preparation (BOMs)
 

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and progress updates to management and stakeholders
 

Collaborate with telecom infrastructure teams and support cross-functional deployments
 

Travel across the country as needed for site implementation, surveys, and troubleshooting
 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP) are highly desirable.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network operations or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a NOC environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power or Electronics Engineering (Power specialization preferred for Electronics degree holders)

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical power systems, preferably within telecom, data center, or industrial infrastructure

Strong technical background in: Rectifier, Inverter, Battery, UPS, Air-con, Generator systems, Electrical system installations & Familiarity with telecom and networking equipment

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, electrical layout design, and Bill of Materials (BOM) drafting

Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems is a plus

Competent in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, internet communication

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
