ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Relationship Officer who is willing to support the clients’ needs to join our Premier Banking team. As a Client Relationship Officer, your role is a supporting role that provides technical support for Relationship Managers and responsible for processing a variety of routine financial transactions to support the high-net-worth clients’ needs. You may participate in various client meetings together with RMs or without RMs in some cases, but not in an advice capacity. Additionally, this role has limited decision-making authority on client matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Transaction: Responsible for processing a variety of routine financial transactions, such as account services, card services, mobile banking, and digital services etc.
Customer Service: To have the service mindset is crucial to this role. Relationship managers must practice “Yoma 5 Star Service Standard” all the time dealing with the clients to uplift the customer experience to superior level.
Technical support to RM: Assist RM in conducting joint outbound regular calls and support the necessary technical support. Participate in regularly delivering banking presentations.
Prepare for client meetings: Exploring the clients status updates, reviewing portfolio changes and gathering data information before meeting the clients with RM to gain a deep understanding of the customer to build a stronger relationship.
Fulfilling client ‘s on call request: Satisfying the needs of the customer on call request such as arrangement of concierge services, booking services & reservation services.
Compliance and regulatory requirements: Must adhere to strict compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure that all their actions are ethical, legal, and in compliance with banking regulations.
Teamwork: Need to have good interdepartmental relationships with other teams within the bank to provide the best possible service to clients joint with RM.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service experience in banking, financial institutions, or hospitality industries.
Ability to work on assigned duty roster.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
A strong work ethic and a commitment to ethical and professional behavior.
Entrepreneurship, results orientation, client impact, team worker, broad orientation, and social engagement.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, email, PowerPoint).
Efficient execution of assignments within a short time frame.
Presentable and smart to project professionalism, competence, and trustworthiness.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
