Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

ROLE PURPOSE

To manage and grow a portfolio of high- and mid-value clients across both Premier and Transaction Banking segments by delivering customized financial and cash management solutions, driving portfolio performance, and mentoring junior team members for overall team success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of high- and mid-tier clients, segmented by relationship value and transaction potential.
  • Achieve portfolio growth, transaction volume, and product penetration targets across deposits, payments, and digital services.
  • Lead reactivation initiatives for dormant or underutilized mid-value clients.
  • Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers from both retail and business segments through market mapping and referrals.
  • Conduct weekly client visits, prepare client call reports, and follow up on action items.
  • Promote adoption of Premier banking services (e.g., FD, wealth products) and transaction banking solutions (e.g., POS, QR, e-collection).
  • Ensure full compliance with KYC, documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and risk teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience or RM experience in banking, financial institutions, or service industries

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good knowledge of local regulatory environment & various banking products
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to ethical and professional behavior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial recommendations
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients
  • Efficient execution of assignments within a short time frame
  • Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Presentable and smart to project professionalism, competence, and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, email, PowerPoint)

Education & Special Training

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurship, results orientation, client impact, team worker, broad orientation, and social engagement
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

Languages

  • Good verbal and written communication skill; both in Myanmar and English
