Key responsivity ;

  • Plan and supervise daily packaging activities for fruits and vegetables to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure proper handling, grading, sorting, and packing while maintaining hygiene, sanitation, and temperature control to preserve freshness and reduce spoilage.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Optimize labor and material usage, control costs, and implement lean practices to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Lead and train teams, ensure quality standards, solve operational issues, and drive process improvements including sustainability practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 - 3  years of experience in packaging, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG
