Fleet Management

  • Manage daily operation of company vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.).
  • Allocate vehicles to departments and staff as per operational requirements.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure optimal usage.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

  • Schedule and monitor regular vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained in road-worthy and safe condition at all times.
  • Coordinate with workshops, service centers, and vendors.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all vehicles have valid licenses, registrations, insurance, and permits.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records (logbooks, fuel usage, service history).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government transport regulations.

Driver Management

  • Coordinate drivers’ schedules, duties, and assignments.
  • Monitor driver behavior, attendance, and adherence to safety rules.
  • Report traffic violations, accidents, or misconduct to management.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Monitor fuel consumption and control fleet-related expenses.
  • Prepare monthly fleet reports (fuel, maintenance, incidents, usage).
  • Support budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives for fleet operations.

Incident Handling

  • Handle vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and emergency situations promptly.
  • Coordinate insurance claims and accident reports when required.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in fleet, transport, or logistics management.
  • Experience handling drivers and vehicle maintenance is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, fleet tracking systems).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.
