Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction and infrastructure projects.
Measuring and analyzing projects costs and quantities.
Preparing supplier detail price quotation and work scope for pricing comparison process.
Requesting approval from management for the construction work.
Site inspection of as built quantity and subcontractor work valuation.
Providing cost advice and support to project teams.
Conducting value engineering and life cycle cost analyses.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to collect data.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Support in the design and analysis of engineering projects.
Monitor project progress and report any issues to the senior engineer.
Perform material testing and quality control checks.
Reviewing construction drawing and specifications.
Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
Site defects analysis, repair proposal and cost estimation.
Submission of construction drawing and supporting documents for approval process by regulator.
Assistance in Business Development Department tasks.

Job Requirements

B.E (Civil)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic working environment.
Able to work and deal with different level of management & government authorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
