Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform Quantity Take-Off, management, and Cost Estimation for construction projects.
  • Review and analyze BOQ, quotations, and contractor claims.
  • Conduct market research on construction materials pricing and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with Structural and Architectural Designers and internal teams.
  • Participate in Project Cost Control and Budget Monitoring activities.
  • Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil).
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Site Engineer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to use Myanmar (Pyidaungsu) font effectively.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and travel when required.
  • Strong teamwork skills, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work overtime outside regular office hours when necessary.
