Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Prepare and verify M&E quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications
Review tender documents, BOQ, and technical specifications for M&E works
Prepare cost estimates and pricing for M&E packages
Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluation, and recommendation
Prepare and submit progress claims and payment applications
Assess and certify subcontractor progress payments
Evaluate and negotiate variation orders (VO) and change orders
Monitor project budgets and control M&E cost performance
Handle contract administration and ensure compliance with contract terms
Attend project meetings and provide commercial advice on M&E matters
Prepare final accounts and close-out documentation
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and M&E engineer

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in QS role (with strong M&E background)
Experience in building projects such as commercial, residential, high-rise, hotel, or residence projects
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, materials, and installation methods
Good understanding of contract forms (FIDIC or local contract conditions)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS-related software
