We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st -March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

A Senior Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supervising daily service operations, and supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. 

 

  • Provide professional and friendly service to customers in the dining area. 

  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks. 

  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained in the dining area. 

  • Supervise and guide to Junior Associate during service operations. 

  • Assist in training new staff on service procedures and company standards. 

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. 

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service. 

  • Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and resetting according to service standards. 

  • Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or customer service operations. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and service standards. 
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
