Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

To manage in improvement of System Operation and Maintenance (including Troubleshooting) at Data Center and Branch Office such as Microsoft Windows Server/Linux Server/VMware Infrastructure/Storage Infrastructure Administration and Operation to deliver and provide IT service to users in a timely manner and as needed
To support VM provisioning, migration and resource allocation activities and ensure high availability and stable operation of infrastructure systems.
To monitor daily system health, alerts, logs and service availabilty and perform regular system checks and preventive manitenance activities.
To perform operating system updates, security patching, and version upgrades and support middleware and application service upgrades.
To coordinate with application teams for database-related troubleshooting.
To perofrm and monitor system backup and reovery processes and ensure backup data inegrity and recovery readiness.
To maanage user access control and authentication support and monitor system vulnerabilities and security events.
To prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures and update system configuration records and inventory lists.
To coordinate and communicate with vendors/users IT and Project teams to deploy/implement new IT solutions to ensure the deliverable are met as per project plan and budgets
To monitor the corporate system related services daily/ weely/monthly to run services smoothly
To share technical knowledge with colleages and User Support team members to improve technical skills and to develop organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or IT is required
Minimum 3-5 years Experience of Microsoft Windows/Linux Server System, Virtualization Technology,Storage Technology, Networking, & Security, and Cloud Technology in Telecom Industry
Certified Ethical Hacker (+), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, ITIL, VMware Certified Professional (+)
Knowledge of database administration (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
Experinece with VMware, Hyber-V, OpenStack or similar platforms
Understanding of network infrastructure concepts.
Communicating and listening; gathering information between vendors and users
