Overview
We are looking for a senior web developer for a team in building a market leading web application.

The position is contract based (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities:

• Work together with product team members.
• Develop a feature using HTML, CSS, CakePHP, Laravel, React, Javascript and JQuery.
• Develop SQL queries to work on MySQL databases.
• Working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Able to work with Docker.
• Produce documentation on the feature implemented.
• Learn new technologies on web development.
• Able to use Laravel, CakePHP, MySQL, PHP and related technology development frameworks.
• Contribute in all phases of the feature development.
• Follow good programming best practices.
• Demonstrable experience with PHP including design patterns.
• Coming up with ideas on how to improve speed, scalability for our application.
• Performance testing on the application.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in web development.
• Experience in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP.
• Experience in javascript frameworks such as React.
• Experience in front-end technologies such HTML,CSS, javascript and JQuery.
• Experience in writing queries for MySQL databases.
• Knowledge in MongoDB.
• Experience in Docker.
• Experience in GIT version control.
• Intermediate level of English in reading and writing.
• Knowledge in testing the features using unit tests.
