Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

•    Coordinate daily project workflows and approval processes. 
•    Maintain project documents, reports, meeting minutes, and tracking logs. 
•    Organize meetings, rollout schedules, and site visits. 
•    Prepare detailed Test Cases and testing scenarios based on BRDs. 
•    Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and branches. 
•    Track, report, and follow up on system defects and issue resolution. 
•    Validate data accuracy during system implementation and migration. 
•    Support PM in tracking vendor deliverables and project expenses. 
•    Maintain operational reports including asset, inventory, and GPS tracking logs.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. 
•    3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or QA. 
•    Strong analytical, documentation, and testing skills. 
•    Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. 
•    Experience in UAT, defect tracking, and system testing processes. 
•    Experience with financial system testing, GPS tracking, CCTV, or Call Center systems is an advantage.
