Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • In-charge of functionality in business appointments by greeting and welcoming, directing the visitors to the corrective locations,
  • Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, messages, and emails
  • Respond to inquiries in a polite and timely manner,
  • Manage the courier and delivery service,
  • Organize the registration of the clients, trainees, and interviewees for a smooth communication,
  • Maintain the visitor management system and prepare reports as directed by the FM Operation manager,
  • Assist the FM Coordinator for administration and reporting task. In-charge of functionality in business appointments by greeting and welcoming, directing the visitors for corrective locations,
  • Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, and messages,
  • Prepare and arrange employee engagement events such as team building, birthday parties, monthly breakfast treats. 
  • Assist to Facility Manager for administration and reporting task.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Certification in Front Office Management
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Any graduated
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office/ Reception

  • Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
