  • Answers technical questions about vechicle problems,warranties,services,and reparis.
  • Greet customers and interact with them to understand their vehicular & machine problems.
  • Ensure delivery of vehicles to customers on time.
  • Strong problem-olving skills,critical thinking,excellent analyticla ability.
  • Supervise, manage and monitor service technicians and repairers.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to plan and organize people, processes and tools across relevant domains.
  • Is fully aware of the impact of delivering quality of service to our customers and has the ability to motivate resources to achieve the best in cclass service experience.
  • ability to lead and inspire the team to accept and work through change, be focused and committed towrads achieving customer success and create a working environment conducive to promoting positive employee engagement.
  • Inspection of repair and service all the bus present in a company's distributing unit.
  • High organized & able to multi task.
  • To conduct safety checks on al the bus or it could prove to be dangerous for the workers working on them.
  • Provide feedback and support to learners on a one to one/ group basis.
  • Reporting to CEO and Serivce Director.

  • Min Experience 5 years related fields .
  • Age between ( 35 - 45 )
  • Can Work well under pressure with differing levels of Management.
  • Good English in 4 skills
  • Can Manage well service team.
  • Excellent Communication and relationship building skill.
