Responsibilities:

• Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to promote sales and showcase products
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze showroom performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to ensure smooth operations
• Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
• Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
• Documenting sales and rewarding employees for these accordingly.
• A showroom manager is responsible for the day-to-day efforts of a showroom.
• Review and analyze sales reports.
• Analyze sales and determine ways to increase sales

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales or showroom management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advance Excel and retail management software
• Arrange to flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
