We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

A Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the branch.....

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
  • Ensure that employees are meeting their performance goals.
  • Ensure that the store is meeting its revenue goals.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain customer service standards.
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies that increase sales and revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profit margins.
  • Manage store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives are met.
  • Analyze market trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection, pricing, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with other executives to set company goals and develop policies and procedures.
  • Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of retail stock offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety practices and procedures.
  • Lead and develop a team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain brand standards.
  • Implement and maintain all inhouse retail displays and promotions.
  • Liaise with the Marketing and Sales departments to initiate and implement promotional events.

Job Requirements

  • Prefer experience in Food and Beverage background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and financial principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
