Job Summary
Experienced factory leader to manage end-to-end production, quality, safety, and compliance for a food and beverage operation in Hmawbi, Yangon. Drive efficiency, cost control, and team performance while ensuring strong regulatory and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production to meet output and efficiency targets.
● Manage distillation, fermentation, blending, bottling, labeling, packaging, and warehousing.
● Monitor KPIs including yield, downtime, wastage, and production rate; act on variances.
● Coordinate raw materials, packaging, utilities, and maintenance to support smooth operations.
● Lead quality control activities and ensure compliance with product standards and lab checks.
● Maintain FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices across the factory.
● Ensure compliance with liquor production regulations, excise records, taxation, and licensing.
● Supervise teams, assign duties, conduct appraisals, and build a disciplined, productive culture.
● Control inventory, reduce waste, manage stock levels, and support cost-efficient operations.
● Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns and production losses.
● Enforce factory safety, fire protection, security controls, and environmental compliance.
● Prepare timely operational reports and update management on key issues and action plans.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably food/beverage.
● Proven success managing large-scale production facilities and multi-functional teams.
● Strong knowledge of beverage production processes, machinery, and equipment.
● Familiar with QMS and food safety systems, including ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000.
● Proficient in production management software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a hands-on management style.
● Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
● High attention to compliance, safety, quality, and operational discipline.
