Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Identify and secure new potential sites for the company
  • Collect and compile site photos for entry for all concerned sites (new and old)
  • Provide up-to-date status, information and photos for all assigned sites in master site list
  • Ensure site maps and photos are created and kept up to date for all sites they are responsible for
  • Process and obtain all necessary permits and approvals for acquiring new sites
  • Ensure on-time payment of any rents and government fees
  • Provide weekly input into the site development planning process 
  • Monitor production activities to ensure assets are delivered on time and matching the required specifications
  • Sign-off on completion of production and submit completion reports
  • Monitor and request maintenance (tree trimming, relocation, repairs, etc) for all sites they are responsible for
  • Represent the company when liaising with site owners, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant Government authorities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with local Government stakeholders and / or landlords
  • Gather and analyse local outdoor media industry trends to the senior management on a regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Burmese (both written & spoken)
  • 1-3 years of experience working with government officials, local councils and related parties
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Resourceful problem solver, extremely organized and highly-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40% of the time)
